ROLE DESCRIPTIONNoah Pierce - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
ABOUT OUR AGENCYThe Noah Pierce State Farm Agency is a growing, community-focused insurance office based in Helotes, Texas, proudly serving Helotes, San Antonio, Boerne, Bandera, and surrounding areas. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a team that values both professionalism and genuine relationships.Noah Pierce grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and attended Evangel University before moving to Texas with his wife, Becca. He began his insurance career as a licensed team member in his cousin’s State Farm agency, where he discovered a passion for serving clients, building trust, and developing strong teams. That experience led him to open his own agency in 2020.Since then, the agency has grown steadily to a team of approximately 15 professionals across sales, service, leadership, and operations. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built—one rooted in accountability, support, and continuous improvement. Compensation $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
