"Never attempt to mislead an existing client, and deter them sarcastically to shop around for cheaper insurance! It's called research your options online, compare coverage and rates! Joel was more helpful and polite in dealing with potential clients. He didn't call me up and ask me to please leave a review like Kat has done in the past! Furthermore; she can be rude and sarcastic. Elise and other employees were very polite and professional! I've had an auto and renter's insurance policy with this company for over two years and I now I'm having reservations to switch to another insurance company. This employee Kat is obnoxious and blatantly misleading! Hence, anyone may simply research the net and find the answers themselves; and that's the bottom line!"
